Final price includes gold weight, making charges, GST (Goods and Services Tax), and any applicable stones or other materials.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit card, or EMI (if applicable).
Custom-made jewellery orders require a minimum advance payment (percentage varies by item).
Customized orders may take additional time depending on the complexity and design.
Once confirmed, custom orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days for unused items with original bill and packaging (at the discretion of management).

Diamond and gemstone jewellery comes with relevant certification if applicable.
